2.3 Founding Member Information

Registration timestamp: Used to determine Founding Member tier (Gold/Silver/Bronze)
Founding Member number: Your unique position (#1-500) in the registration queue
Tier assignment: Gold (#1-200), Silver (#201-400), or Bronze (#401-500)
Discount eligibility: Permanent record of your lifetime pricing benefits
This information is retained permanently to honor your Founding Member status

2.4 Information from Third Parties

Google OAuth: If you sign up with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture
Social Media: Public information from social media platforms you choose to connect

Founding Member Program: Track registration order to assign tiers and honor lifetime discount commitments

AI Features: Process property listings through AI (DeepSeek) for descriptions and recommendations
Fair Use Monitoring: Track AI usage and listing counts to enforce Pro tier limits and prevent abuse
Security: Detect fraud, prevent abuse, and ensure platform safety
Analytics: Improve our services, understand user behavior, and optimize the Platform
Marketing: Send promotional content (with your consent, which you can withdraw anytime)
Legal Compliance: Comply with Malaysian laws and regulations, respond to legal requests

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

4.1 With Other Users

Property owners can see contact information of interested tenants
Tenants can see property owner contact details for listed properties
Public information in your profile is visible to other platform users

4.2 Service Providers

AWS (Amazon Web Services): Cloud hosting, database, file storage (Singapore region)
DeepSeek AI: Property description generation (data processed securely)
Google OAuth: Authentication services
Email Service Providers: Transactional and marketing emails

4.3 Legal Requirements

When required by Malaysian law or legal process
To protect our rights, property, or safety
To investigate fraud, security issues, or violations of our Terms of Service

4.4 Business Transfers

In connection with merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (users will be notified)

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 Data Location

Your data is stored on AWS servers located in Singapore (ap-southeast-1 region)
Data is stored within the Asia-Pacific region to ensure low latency and compliance with regional data protection laws

5.2 Security Measures

Encryption: Data encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES-256)
Authentication: Secure password hashing (bcrypt), OAuth 2.0 for Google login
Access Control: Role-based access, principle of least privilege
Regular Audits: Security assessments and vulnerability scanning
Secure Infrastructure: AWS RDS (PostgreSQL), S3 with access controls

5.3 Data Breach Response

Notify affected users within 72 hours of discovering the breach
Inform relevant authorities as required by PDPA
Provide details about the nature of the breach and data affected
Explain the steps we have taken to resolve the issue
Advise affected users on protective measures they can take
Take immediate action to secure data and prevent further unauthorized access

5.4 Data Retention

Active accounts: Data retained while your account is active
Founding Member status: Registration date and tier assignment retained permanently to honor lifetime benefits
Deleted accounts: Personal data deleted within 30 days of account deletion (except Founding Member eligibility for potential future reactivation)
Transaction records: Retained for 7 years for accounting and legal purposes
Backup data: Retained for up to 90 days in secure backups
Beta period data: All usage during beta (Nov 2025 - March 2026) retained to verify Founding Member eligibility

6. Your Rights Under PDPA

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia, you have the following rights:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes by email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when this policy was last revised.
